Oura is launching an entirely new software layer called Health Radar — a continuous background monitoring system designed to surface patterns before they become problems. Blood Pressure Signals

This is the feature most people will ask about first. Health Radar launches with Blood Pressure Signals — tracking nighttime blood pressure patterns during sleep, when the body’s cardiovascular system is most stable and the data is most clinically meaningful. It monitors for shifts that may indicate cardiovascular strain, alerting users when patterns suggest rising blood pressure. Importantly, this is not a clinical blood pressure reading — it’s a trend indicator designed to supplement, not replace, a traditional cuff. Users can manually log cuff readings inside the Oura app for context.

Blood Pressure Signals are available from June 2026 to members in the US, India, and UAE using the app in English. Global rollout timeline has not been confirmed.

Nighttime Breathing Insights

Also part of Health Radar, this feature provides longer-term analysis of breathing patterns during sleep — specifically flagging patterns that may indicate sleep apnoea risk or reduced sleep quality. GLP-1 Insights

This is a genuinely new category for a smart ring. The Charging Case

Sold separately at $99 / £99, the new aluminium charging case is a notable quality-of-life upgrade.
