What’s Actually New

The Ring PRO isn’t a cosmetic refresh. It’s a generational leap over the Ring AIR, starting with the headline figure: up to 15 days of battery life on a single charge. That puts it well ahead of the Oura Ring 4 (5–8 days) and Samsung’s Galaxy Ring (7 days), and makes it the longest-lasting smart ring currently available.

Build & Materials

The ring is machined from a titanium unibody — lightweight, durable, and built for the gym, the pool, and everything in between. It’s rated to 100 metres water resistance, deeper than most smart rings on the market. It comes in four finishes — Bionic Gold, Aster Black, Space Silver, and Raw Titanium — with sizes from 5 to 14. Backers receive a free sizing kit before the ring ships.

Processing & Storage

Inside, a dual-core processor with on-chip machine learning runs health algorithms directly on the ring — no phone required. This also enables the Ring PRO to store up to 250 days of health data locally, so weeks of missed syncs won’t cost you your history. Connectivity is BLE 5.3.

Sensors & Sleep Tracking

The heart rate sensor has been redesigned specifically for improved accuracy during sleep — the period where biometric data matters most. Recovery scores, HRV, resting heart rate, skin temperature, and SpO2 all feed into Ultrahuman’s platform.

For most users, 15 days of ring battery with a compact dock is more than enough. But if you travel extensively or want the 45-day combined battery and Find My, buying direct at $479 is the better choice.
